My Ebb and Flow
Simple pleasures and ‘larger than life’ experiences. Essentially it is what makes me tick. My passion and love of life.
What Inspires Me
Travel – my goal is to visit every continent in the world and so far I have been on 4 of the 7. Not bad!
Racing open wheeled cars
Great conversations – philosopher at heart!
Listening to people’s stories – who they are and how they came to be
Challenging myself daily – which really can be difficult at times – both mentally and physically
Spontaneously opening a bottle of champagne with my husband for no other reason but to celebrate life
Swimming in the ocean with stingrays and turtles
Being in my tent
Laughing – one’s best medicine
